Mindfulness Meditation & Movement

Create positive energy for yourself and others in this Mindful Movements and Meditation class rooted in Kundalini yoga, that is suitable for those wanting to raise their endorphins, finding stillness from within and elevating their sense of well-being.

Effective July 3, this group will be available only through the Kelty Dennehy Mental Health Resource Centre. It will run as a drop-in group on Tuesdays, 2.00-3.00 pm.
