Mindful Journaling 101

Welcome to Mindful Journalling 101, where anyone with or without experience in journaling who wants to learn about the nuts and bolts of all kinds of journalling fun! Using not only writing prompts but also art, collages, positive affirmations, vision boards and anything else you like to use in your own unique individual way. We will cover topics such as mindfulness, calming the mind with different exercises, how to start a daily, weekly, monthly journaling habit to bring more clarity, abundance, calmness and a joyous state of mind.

There will be something new every week for everyone and anybody can join at any given time. There will be fun work not homework after each class and many informative handouts will be included each week with a special monthly project each new calendar month to spark new habits and achieving the best version of yourself.
