Art Therapy: Healing Through Creativity
This 4-week Art Therapy workshop focuses on integrating Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) based practices with art making. You will learn how to use art-making to de-stress, build self-awareness, and manage your emotions. All creative expression allows you to imagine new ways to communicate with the self and others, and engage with life in a more meaningful way.
