Art Therapy for Wellness
Weekly art therapy is offered via video conference to support self-care and wellness. After a quick check-in, individuals create art in any medium. The facilitator is available during this time to assist participants in choosing basic supplies from home to use in expressing their inner world. Then, together, you will look at the image to discover any personal meaning or insights.

Wednesdays 6.00-8.00 pm
Fridays 11.00 am – 1.00 pm
Registration steps:
- Register online.
- Receive the email of the facilitator.
- Reach out to the facilitator for a Zoom link and a consent form (this has to be done just once).
- Sign the consent form and email it back to the facilitator (this has to be done just once).
- Receive the Zoom link.
First time participants have to contact the facilitator 24 hours before the session!
